Working at WGBH
When I left WGBH in 2008, I created a lecture to describe what it was like to work in a non-profit, pro-social design environment, a career path that is often overlooked by emerging designers. It essentially describes how I got there (rather unexpectedly), what it was like being there, and a few things that I learned in the process. In November 2012 I gave this lecture at Carnegie Mellon University. It is introduced by a long-time friend and Professor of Design at CMU, Dan Boyarski. |
